Press Release 21/12/18
The Danish lifestyle and essentials brand Superstainable will launch their brand-new sustainable collection this winter. The new collection is inspired by waste culture, under the name “waste is a resource”. The collection for men and women will be revealed in January/February 2019 during the fashion fairs in Copenhagen and Berlin.
This winter the brand new AW19/20 collection from the sustainable lifestyle brand, Superstainable, will be revealed. After a year full of development and testing, the new collection, under the theme ”waste is a resource”, will be revealed. It will take place in January/February 2019 during the Revolver Fashion Fair in Copenhagen and the SEEK Fashion Fair in Berlin.
“We have tried to look into the casual wears and essentials that defines any wardrobe. The casual look accomplished by colors from autumn defines this collection. Our designer Vibs Møller has done an amazing job” says CEO Emil Rasmussen from Superstainable. He continues:
“Waste is possibly the most important resource of our time. That is also why some of the styles in the coming AW19 collection is made from recycled and re-used materials.”
Sustainability at its core
All styles are made from certified sustainable materials. Superstainable obtains not only the GOTS certification, but also the GRS certification and produces on manufacturing sites that are socially and environmentally approved through SA-8000 and Fairwear Foundation.
The transparency mapdocuments the whole value chain and all products have a coordinate on their hangtag – stating where they are made and by whom.
“We are proud of our full transparency and are not hiding anything from our clients. They have the opportunity to really look into our supply chain and read about, what makes the individual style sustainable” states Claus Rasmussen, founding partner in Superstainable and he continues,
“The collection completes the range of products for both men’s and women’s essentials for the wardrobe”.
Meet Superstainable and see the styles at SEEK in Berlin (15. – 17. January 2019) and Revolver in Copenhagen (31. January – 2. February 2019).
