The pier rain pants recycled is the perfect packable rain pant for any purposes. You can pack the rain pant into the side pocket for minimal storage. The taped seams and the light recycled polyester fabric makes the rain pants waterproof, windproof and the zipper functions ensures ventilation. The lower zippers are made, so that you won’t have to take off your shoes when putting on/off the pants.

Male model is 187 cm and wears size large.
Female model is 172 cm and wears size small.

Recycled Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic fiber from the polymerization process. Polyester is not typically a sustainable product, but recycled polyester is. Unlike polyester, recycled polyester uses PET raw material from post consumer waste to make the yarn. This is the same material that is used in making plastic bottles.

How it’s done in 5 steps

  1. The collected post consumer waste gets sterilized and crushed into flakes.
  2. These flakes gets heated and passed through a spinneret to form strings of yarn.
  3. The yarn is wound up in spools.
  4. Now the fibre gets through a crimping machine.
  5. At last, the yarn is then dyed and knitted into the polyester fabric.
